Jon Burke

I have been involved in sports as far back as I can remember. I was involved with traditional sports until the age of 18 and then found Gracie Jiu-Jitsu / Mixed Martial Arts. While other sports challenged me physically, nothing rewarded my physical fitness as much as the training needed for MMA. I have been heavy in to fitness my entire life but once I found MMA I also took my nutrition to a new level as well. I received a real world, in the trenches education of how to exercise, how to push your body, how to fuel it properly, and even how to rest.

When I train my clients I love including different aspects of sports, especially Mixed Martial Arts concepts. Getting ready for “game time” and or “fight night” is an extremely challenging process but the results are very rewarding. I use elements of boxing, natural body movement exercises, weights, cardio, and MMA in order to challenge the body and push it to levels you didn’t know you could reach.

A huge part of fitness and nutrition success is the mental aspect. I really love using positive energy and applying those concepts to my clients so that the hands on things we do not only improves the body but also the mind so that they understand how to and want to make living healthy a lifestyle and not just a short term thing to do. Nothing is more satisfying to me then when my clients change their bodies through hard work, dedication, and use me as their resource.

Jamie Burke

I have been involved in health and fitness since I was 15 years young. I ran track in high school and hold records in the state of Ohio. Having been a young athlete, heavy in to fitness and extremely interested in nutrition, I decided that helping others with their personal fitness challenges and goals was what I wanted to do for a living. I live what I preach and walk what I talk. Exercise and nutrition is not a fad or quick fix for me, it is a way of life that I am extremely passionate about.

In my sessions I love to use weights, plyometrics, and outside of the box exercises that keep the body guessing and make my clients really push themselves. With nutrition being such a huge key to the fitness formula of success, I am always happy to share recipes and nutritional information with my clients so they can receive optimal results.

I teach my clients how to live a healthy life, make exercise fun, and nutrition a way to eat rather then a diet. I feel that leading by example is important and pushing my clients through their personal fitness obstacles is something I feel very rewarded by and when they reach new milestones I feel so proud that I was a part of it.

Ryan Keenan

My whole life I have been a multiple sport athlete so being in shape and living a healthy lifestyle has always been a top priority for me.

I played football at the collegiate level and I am now a professional mixed martial arts fighter. I am a firm believer in sport specific training and functional strength training.

I encourage my clients to try different exercises that incorporate weights, cardio and body weight lifts. I keep my workouts fun and change them from conventional sets and reps to timed circuit training drills.

Mixed martial arts fighters are some of the best conditioned athletes in all of sports so I also mix boxing and kickboxing into my workouts to push my clients cardio, hone fast twitch muscle fibers and develop core strength.

I do everything I can to ensure my clients not only meet their personal goals, but they exceed them. Your success is my success.
