Ray Robles

Ray started his journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA back in 1999. He has trained under former UFC fighters and Jiu Jitsu legends, but didn’t find a true home until he met Professor Jonathan Burke in January 2006. Since that time Ray has had the opportunity to teach Jiu Jitsu to both children and adults at the 6 Levels in Orlando, as well as overseas in Europe. He has been an active member of the sport Jiu Jitsu community as well, in his role as a referee, head official, and tournament director for multiple years. Ray has taught numerous competition seminars in multiple states, self-defense classes to kids and adults throughout Central Florida, and has used the knowledge he’s received to train event and nightclub security teams.

In December 2014, Ray was able to achieve a longtime personal goal by achieving the rank of black belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. He is proud and honored to be one of Professor Burke’s first 3 black belts (along with Ryan ‘Who Dat’ Keenan and Baron Pitz).

Ray currently teaches adult gi, no gi, and self-defense classes at the 6 Levels, is the Assistant Director of the Youth Program, the Head Coach of the 6 Levels Youth and Teen Competition Team, and a FIT Class instructor.


Rayce Main

As a 7th grader in middle school, Rayce Main started training at the 6 Levels and is now a blue belt under certified Royce Gracie Black Belt, Professor Jon Burke. Rayce trains Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as Muay Thai Kickboxing and was a high-level wrestler in high school. He has competed and won in many local Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, including NAGA and Newbreed. Rayce assists in Gi, No-Gi and Mixed Martial Art classes for adults and kids and is available for private classes.


Jaeden Trost

Jaeden Trost is a youth green belt under Certified Royce Gracie Black Belt, Professor Jonathan Burke. Jaeden is an active competitor and Champion winning his divisions at numerous tournaments including NAGA, COPA, Newbreed, BJJ Tour, Art of Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts Coalition. He recently placed second at Battle for the Ages in 2016, an elite, invitation only, submission only tournament with competitors all across the United States.

Jaeden’s first love is teaching Jiu Jitsu. He is an assistant coach for the Mighty Mites Program ages 2 to 4. He is also an assistant coach for The 6 Levels Youth Program. Jaeden believes when children have fun while learning such important skills as self defense, they will be enthusiastic learners and develop a life long passion for jiu jitsu and personal fitness.

The Gracie Jiu Jitsu program has helped Jaeden become a more focused and confident young man. He has learned self defense skills in both Jiu Jitsu and MMA. His goal is to become a National Jiu Jitsu black belt champion and to open a school where he can continue teaching the art of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.


Scot Anderson

Scot started his martial arts career more than 2 years ago at The 6 Levels Orlando. Scot is currently a Blue Belt under Certified Royce Gracie Black Belt, Professor Jon Burke, and he plans to continue the humbling and enlightening journey.

Scot is currently an assistant coach for the Youth Program at the premiere training facility in the Orlando, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Winderemere, Oakland, Apopka, Clermont and surrounding areas in Central Florida; The 6 Levels Orlando.


Baron Pitz

My name is Baron Pitz and I’m a Gracie Jiu Jitsu black belt under Jonathan Burke. I started my training at 6 levels in April of 2006 and have been nearly everyday since. I’ve have teaching Jiu Jitsu classes (youth and adult) and fit classes for a number of years. I’ve competed in some of the highest caliber grappling competitions in the country and have numerous wins against some of the toughest grapplers. I’ve been apart of many training camps for our teams fighters from youth/adult Jiu Jitsu to professional mma. I’ve trained with many legends of the art such as Royce Gracie, Rodrigo Gracie, Nate Diaz, Jake Shields, Matt Serra, Bas Rutten, etc. Gracie Jiu Jitsu is my huge part of life as well as teaching it’s techniques and philosophies. I hope to see you all soon on the mat!


Ryan “WHO DAT” Keenan

Bjj black belt under Jon Burke and MMA fighter with a professional record of 6-2. I am a Strikeforce, Bellator and World Series of fighting vet and former Florida State lightweight champion. Started boxing in college while paying football at mount union college. Moved to Orlando Florida in 2007 and started training bjj and pursuing a career as a professional mixed martial arts fighter. I am the head youth bjj instructor and head adult striking instructor at the 6 levels. I also assist in teaching the fitness class and certified personal trainer.


Andy Mercer

Andy started training in Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu with Professor Jon Burke at the age of 44. After signing up at The 6 levels Orlando, Andy fell so in love with the training and the benefits I was receiving that I got my daughter and son-in-law involved as well. Andy enjoys training in self-defense and fitness with his family by his side. Since Andy started training he has lost over 75 pounds and now into his 50’s feels that he is not only in the best shape of his life, he and his family are much more prepared for any dangerous situations that may arise. Andy received his brown belt from Certified Royce Gracie Black Belt, Professor Jon Burke. Andy is a tremendous fan of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts and loves to spread that knowledge and passion to anyone who walks through The 6 Levels Orlando doors. Andy believes that learning and knowing the basics are what make you successful when you first start training or when you are at an advanced level.


Chun Kim

Chun Kim is currently a brown belt adult instructor under Certified Royce Gracie Black Belt, Professor Jon Burke, at The 6 Levels Orlando. Chun has a background in Tae Kwon Do and boxing. He has an amateur boxing record of 2-0 with numerous exhibition matches. The last eight years have been dedicated to training Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Chun has competed and succeeded in tournaments such as NAGA and Newbreed. All this while being a full time restaurateur and highly skilled Executive Sushi Chef.


Noah Wagner

More than six years ago, at the age of 16, Noah visited the six levels for a free trial, after avidly watching mixed martial arts since his early teens. He was instantly hooked, and has been training ever since. Noah, who has struggled with weight ad self esteem issues in he past, feels that training in Gracie Jiu jitsu has given him the drive he’s needed to face those issues head on. Noah is currently a brown belt under certified Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu black belt Professor John Burke, and plans on training and spreading the values of Jiu Jitsu for the rest of his life. Noah is scurrently an assistant coach for the Youth Program at the premiere training facility in the Orlando, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Winderemere, Oakland, Apopka, Clermont and surrounding areas in Central Florida; The 6 Levels Orlando.
